Kosher Dynamics provides a certification management platform for kashrus organizations, including but not limited to:

  • Company and facility management
  • Product and ingredient tracking
  • Mashgiach coordination and scheduling
  • Certificate generation and management
  • Mobile applications for field operations

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must:

  • Create an account with accurate information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Upload malicious code or content
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
  • We may change pricing with 30 days' notice
  • Failure to pay may result in service suspension

The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Kosher Dynamics and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KOSHER DYNAMICS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kosher Dynamics from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
